SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION

Swain Public Transit has vans that are equipped with specialized Accessability features to transport passengers with disabilities. These services are provided on an advance reservation basis. Please notify our office 24 hours prior of the date of the appointment if it is within Swain County. Outside of the county, please notify us one week prior to the appointment. Drivers are trained in passenger assistance and safety related areas.
